Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed through our online shop are generally delivered free of charge within Germany, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

For technical or logistical reasons, an order may be shipped in multiple packages.

Delivery Time

Unless a different delivery time is stated in the product description, delivery within Germany and Austria usually takes 7–14 business days.

International shipping is available at an additional cost, which is displayed in the shopping cart.

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the order will be shipped in one combined shipment, unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is based on the item with the longest delivery time.

Non-EU Countries

Please note that for deliveries to countries outside the European Union (e.g. Switzerland), additional customs duties and import taxes may apply.

Shipping Conditions for Switzerland

Shipping costs are currently free of charge in our shop.

German VAT cannot be refunded.

If you return an order from Switzerland, you must bear the return shipping costs yourself.
In the case of justified complaints, FLUGPOST.art will cover the portion of the return shipping costs that exceeds standard German return shipping costs.
