Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods that are not prefabricated and are produced according to the consumer’s individual selection or clearly personalized (print-on-demand and custom-made artworks).

  • Individually commissioned artworks or personalized art products.

  • Digital content once the execution has begun with the consumer’s express consent.

The right of withdrawal also does not apply to customers who, at the time of contract conclusion, reside outside the European Union and whose sole delivery address is located outside the EU.

General Return Information

Please note:

  • Handle the goods with care and avoid damage or contamination.

  • If possible, return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories.

  • If the original packaging is no longer available, please use appropriate packaging to prevent transport damage.

  • Please do not return goods carriage forward.

These instructions are not mandatory conditions for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
