Kennen Sie die Situation? Wenn Sie in die Flughafentür hingehen, um eine Reise anzutreten, kommen Sie stunden später aus einer anderen Tür wieder heraus und sind in einer ganz neuen unbekannten Welt.

Für dieses Werk habe ich einiges auf mich genommen um an diesem Ort mit dem geheimnisvollen Namen "Kushum Sarovar" nachts anzukommen.

Dieser Ort hat eine tiefe spirituelle Bedeutung und hängt eng mit der Geschichte des Gottes Krishna zusammen. Alle Pilger, die hier herkommen sind in tiefer spiritueller Verbindung und laden sich hier förmlich mit Liebe auf.

Sehen Sie den Feuerkreis? Dieser Kreis symbolisiert für mich ein Schlupfloch in eine entfernte Welt, die Inspiration bekam ich von dem "Kinofilm Stargate"

Wohin kommt man, wenn man sich traut in dieses "Dimension Door" hereinzuspringen?

Ich frage mich das immer wieder, wenn ich dieses Werk anschaue.

Vielleicht sind Sie auch fasziniert von dem Gedanken und der Vorstellung, das es verschiedene Ebenen der Wahrnehmung gibt. In bin immer wieder Dankbar die Welt mit der Fiktion zu verknüpfen.

About André Wagner

André Wagner is a German photographer whose work explores perception, atmosphere, and the quiet spaces between reality and imagination. Working primarily with infrared photography, he transforms familiar landscapes and architectural scenes into calm, otherworldly images that invite reflection rather than explanation.

His artistic approach is rooted in observation and patience. Instead of documenting places as they appear, Wagner is interested in how they feel—how light, time, and distance shape our experience of the world.
